Start Date: Thursday, January 1, 2009
End Date: Thursday, September 29, 2011

  1. Use this list to keep track of accomplishments and goals - reevaluate as necessary.
  2. Write progress blog entries at least every other month.
  3. For every goal un-finished, donate $3 to MSF.

    Academic
  4. Finish my thesis.
  5. Pass German 206.
  6. Graduate from Meredith.
  7. Take the GRE.
  8. Apply to graduate school(s).
  9. Plan for/look into going back to Athens for a semester or two.
  10. Finish my convocation attendance and forms.
  11. Make at least all B's in my last semester.

    Photography
  12. Learn manual photography.
  13. Learn how to use all the settings on my XSi.
  14. Enter a photograph in a juried show.
  15. Complete 365 at least once.
  16. Put together a portfolio of photography/design work.
  17. Set up a photography website.
  18. Print and hang some of my photos in my living space.

    Sewing
  19. Make a quilt.
  20. Use up at least 50% of my fabric stash before adding to it.
  21. Make more of my own clothes.
  22. Make two full lunch sets - lunch bag, silverware roll, napkin.

    Knitting
  23. Knit a sweater.
  24. Organize/reduce my yarn stash.
  25. Photograph the stash and file it on Ravelry.
  26. Donate handknits to at least one charitable collection a year.
  27. Help CFB with her knitting group idea.
  28. Complete at least one sewn/knit project a month.
  29. Knit another pair of socks.
  30. Make something with cables.
  31. Make a new set of Moo cards.
  32. Make an effort to actually sell something on Etsy.
  33. Work with clay again.

    Writing
  34. Fill a Moleskine each year.
  35. Participate in NaBloPoMo each November.
  36. Submit something to be published.
  37. Create a Blurb book.
  38. Write every day for a year.

    Food
  39. Create a cookbook of favorite recipes.
  40. Menu plan and eat seasonally.
  41. Shop locally and at the Farmer's Market.
  42. Eat what I have, when I have it - cut down on unnecessary groceries.
  43. Avoid eating at chain restaurants - support local/small establishments.
  44. Bake my own bread regularly.
  45. Make my own yogurt regularly.
  46. Use some of the recipes in my Cooky Book.
  47. Roast a whole chicken.
  48. Make something in the crock pot.

    Spiritual
  49. Keep Sundays as a day of rest.
  50. Read the Bible more regularly.
  51. Keep a prayer journal.
  52. Do more with the girls from church.
  53. Offer to babysit for church families.
  54. Be more positive/less negative.

    Home
  55. Have people over to the apartment more (practice hospitality, as CFB puts it).
  56. Clean out my collection of clothes and extra junk.
  57. Keep my desk organized - use it as a study/work space.
  58. Organize my external harddrive - photos in chronological order, pare down music & photo files, school stuff in one place.

    For Me
  59. Exercise more regularly - swim, walk, yoga, etc.
  60. Wear more skirts and dresses.
  61. Fill the boy-void.
  62. Go to at least three shows a year.
  63. Go to bed before midnight at least 5/7 days a week.
  64. Throw myself a graduation party.
  65. Go to the Cupcake Shoppe (or equivalent) once a month.
  66. Learn how to drive a manual car.
  67. Go to the drive-in at least once.

    For Others
  68. Support local/friend musicians.
  69. Leave a mix cd somewhere with a playlist.
  70. Donate to MSF regularly. (for Knitters w/out Borders.
  71. Bring my own shopping bags everywhere - not just the grocery store.
  72. Volunteer regularly.
  73. Send my teenage cousins random postcards.

    Travel :: everything adventurous
  74. Fill in my Athens City Notebook Moleskine.
  75. Fill in my Washington, DC City Notebook Moleskine.
  76. Visit Charleston.
  77. Visit Chicago.
  78. Visit NYC.
  79. Visit Nashville.
  80. Visit the NC mountains.
  81. Do something fun for last spring break of undergrad (March 2009).
  82. Leave the country at least once.
  83. Make a Blurb book of Greece photos.
  84. Start learning Greek.
  85. Use my dividend miles.
  86. Use lists of historic places in both Raleigh & NC in general to explore.
  87. Attend Obama's Inauguration (Washington DC trip).

    Future
  88. Save up for and/or purchase a wide angle lens.
  89. Start a savings account.
  90. Pay off credit cards.
  91. Research possible career options - keep a file of information.
  92. Build a work/professional wardrobe.
  93. Fix up my resume.
  94. Set up a loan repayment plan - out of debt by 30.
  95. Create a list of references for jobs/grad school.
