all I want is now

I've been listening to the same song on repeat all morning.  It is keeping me calm, helping me think, inspiring all these plans floating around in my head. 

Snow Patrol will be the soundtrack to my January.

I've got a good feeling about 2009.  I love the fresh start of a new year. The now blank pages of my new Moleskine planner will soon be filled up with classes, homework assignments, babysitting jobs, and reasons to drive to Chapel Hill.  But for now I have a clean slate. 

A clean slate and a shiny new car. 

We signed the paperwork on an '06 Saturn Ion last night.  It is gold, shimmery, and adorable.

This will be my last Saturday in Indy for a good long while.  Hopefully, the next time I come back, I'll have graduated from Meredith and will be ready to move on with life.
