hiding.

Well I'm back in Raleigh.

Still seems slightly unreal that my last semester of college starts next week.

So I'm doing the only reasonable thing I can think of - spending the day in bed.  I couldn't sleep last night, and the crazy wind storms going on in Raleigh made it nearly impossible to do anything today, so I slept all afternoon.  And now I'm sitting in bed, talking to Sonia, drinking tea and knitting on a new cowl for my impending DC Inauguration trip.

I'm pretending the real world doesn't exist.  Going to enjoy my coccoon for a few more hours.

And then tomorrow, I'll get up and make scones, finally unload the car, and get to work on everything that needs to be done before classes begin again. 

But for now, I'm going back to my flannel layered happy place.
