giveaway day!

Fira Town, Santorini

Sew, Mama, Sew is organizing the super awesome May Giveaway Day, so in the spirit of my hellasgood reminisces I decided to play along and spread some Greek love to one lucky winner.

blog giveaway sneak peak

One of the best parts of spending summers in Athens were our early morning trips to the local bakery for a loaf of fresh bread (psomi).

For the giveaway, I've whipped up a hand embroidered bread bag and am including my favorite recipe for psomi and a tiny packet of meli (Greek honey) so you can enjoy your own Greek snack.  To round out the giveaway goodies, head on over to my etsy shop and let me know which print you'd like.

:: entry details ::

Leave me a comment with your dream vacation destination, and I'll randomly pick a winner.  This month's tight budget won't allow for international shipping, so US residents only please.

The giveaway will stay open until May 31 and the winner will be contacted by email.

And don't forget to check out the other giveaway opportunities on Sew, Mama, Sew!

My favorite print: The Blue Door. I don't know why, but I'm a sucker for photographs of doors. My favorite destination... Kauai (Hawaii) or the South of France. Thanks for the chance to win. I love your embroidered bread bag and love the idea of Greek honey (and your recipe). I'm really excited about this one. I hope I win!

The Blue Door is my fave. And if I could travel anywhere right now, it'd be Rome.

oooh, Greek! How interesting. My husband lived for 2 years in Bulgaria and grew to really love all things greek. Thanks for offering such unique goodies!

My dream vacation is to Sweden- My grandfather grew up there and has always wanted to take me to see his childhood haunts. His health probably won't allow for it, but I have family there who I'd love to see! And your blue door print is my favorite!

Mmmm... Bread! Bread is my biggest weakness...

My dream vacation to really get away and relax would be Hawaii. If I could go anywhere, I would choose Great Britain or Austria and Italy.

The art print I would choose would be either Blue Door or Summer Is: from your Indianapolis photo pool on flickr.

I love the Mermaid Doors Print, (and the blue doors too!) and would just LOVE this giveaway! My dream vacation is to go to Italy with my husband. I've been once before but you never can get enough, and my poor husband of Italian descent has never been! We've never taken a BIG vacation together, so for our 10th anniversary I'm hoping we can make it work to go!

Wow! Your prints are beautiful. I have always wanted to visit Greece. My favorite print - Fira Town, Santorini - is a view I could sit and stare at all day.

My dream vacation is a month long walking/horseback tour of the Tuscan region of Italy.

Thanks and good luck!

What a great and creative giveaway! I would love the bread recipe--baking bread is one of the things my husband and I enjoy doing together. My dream vacation destination is New Zealand, although there are many places I'd love to be able to visit someday! And my favorite print is Sunset on the Windmills.

I love your Oia Sunset print. My dream vacation spot would have been Greece up until two years ago when I took a trip there with my sister. I'd love to go again but I've really been wishing to visit Peru and Machu Picchu.

My dream vacation is to visit the mountains again. I'd like to see them in summer glory. We honeymooned in Colorado in fall.
