giveaway day!

Fira Town, Santorini

Sew, Mama, Sew is organizing the super awesome May Giveaway Day, so in the spirit of my hellasgood reminisces I decided to play along and spread some Greek love to one lucky winner.

blog giveaway sneak peak

One of the best parts of spending summers in Athens were our early morning trips to the local bakery for a loaf of fresh bread (psomi).

For the giveaway, I've whipped up a hand embroidered bread bag and am including my favorite recipe for psomi and a tiny packet of meli (Greek honey) so you can enjoy your own Greek snack.  To round out the giveaway goodies, head on over to my etsy shop and let me know which print you'd like.

:: entry details ::

Leave me a comment with your dream vacation destination, and I'll randomly pick a winner.  This month's tight budget won't allow for international shipping, so US residents only please.

The giveaway will stay open until May 31 and the winner will be contacted by email.

And don't forget to check out the other giveaway opportunities on Sew, Mama, Sew!

I must be fate that I happened upon your giveaway! I'm currently reading Third Wish by Robert Fulghum and have been dreaming of traveling to Crete lately!

My favorite print would be The Blue Door and I love the description you wrote: In Greece, the color blue is thought to ward off evil; the stark white walls and bright blue doors, windows, and roofs are what make the architecture of these islands so memorable.

I would love to take my husband to Germany so he could see "where he came from"! I love the bread bag, I bake homemade bread and struggle with the best way to store it. Perhaps this would help me out! Thanks for the great giveaway!

What a yummy giveaway! My favorite photo is the Blue Door. Although I also love the photo of Santorini, brings me right back to my vacation there when I was in school!

My dream destination would be to visit Sicily, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic - to visit the hometowns of my grandparents.

Keep on traveling and creating!! ❤

Thank you for the great giveaway! I love the bag. I was so taken by the first picture on your blog, that I had to find it in your shop. The Fira Town print would be my choice of pictures, though I really like the Blue door and Sunset on the windmills. MY ideal vacation would be to Costa Rica. Has ideal temperatures year round and a ton to do with jungle, surf, mountains, and exotic animals and scenery!

Amazing! Love all your prints of Greece... especially sunset on the windmills. My little sister goes to Greece every summer that she can to visit her best friend. She loves everything Greek, and her whole room is decorated with Greek objects... you get the idea ;) If I won this giveaway, I'd give it to my sister, and it would make her so happy! Oh yeah, my dream vacation is Ireland!
