Sew, Mama, Sew is organizing the super awesome May Giveaway Day, so in the spirit of my hellasgood reminisces I decided to play along and spread some Greek love to one lucky winner.
One of the best parts of spending summers in Athens were our early morning trips to the local bakery for a loaf of fresh bread (psomi).
For the giveaway, I've whipped up a hand embroidered bread bag and am including my favorite recipe for psomi and a tiny packet of meli (Greek honey) so you can enjoy your own Greek snack. To round out the giveaway goodies, head on over to my etsy shop and let me know which print you'd like.

My favorite photo is the "Rusted Door Handle " I just love the colors.
My dream vacation would be a vacation with my husband on Palau. He has been telling me wonderful stories about this place, and I really would love to go. One of my favorite places in the past has been Delphi in Greece.

If money were no object, my dream vacation would be a trip through Europe. Pretty rural parts of England, windmills and Zaandam Holland, castles in Germany/Austria, parts of Italy and Rome, into Greece and Malta. Then if I were still going I would go through the Holy Land and into Africa. I would love to see Egypt and into Ethiopia and Kenya. Really, I could go anywhere and be happy. I haven't even gotten to Alaska yet, have I?
My dream vacation would be to explore Banff Park in Alberta Canada if it's summer. If it's winter I would love to take a cruise to the Carribeans.
I checked out your Etsy Shop and really like the "Sunset on Cape Sounio" I love sunrises and sunsets so anything in that category always catches my eye.

The more I hear about Greece the more excited I am to visit. I've always dreamed of taking a vacation in Italy. On the coast for a while, Napoli, Sicily, Rome. Some day.

Actually Greece is some where i'm trying to convince Hubby to go... I love greek food and my grandma went there when I was young. I've always wanted to go!

Ok, 3 things: 1) I love the header on your blog. That probably why my favorite print from Etsy is Rusted Door Handle. 2) I'm infinitely jealous that you live in Greece. I crave a more simple way of life such as that...so romantic!! 3) I visited Italy in 2000 and absolutely loved it! We started out in Rome, traveled up the west coast and back down the east coast to Rome again. I would like to go back and this time travel in southern Italy as well as visit the islands in the Mediteranean (including Greece of course!)
